PTFE  (Polytetrafluorothylene) fiber and its composite non-woven needled felt  filtration material
 PTFE  has a macromolecular structure of linear structure, almost no branch chain.  Therefore, it has the best corrosion resistance and heat resistance. PTFE ’s  parity distance of the surface of macromolecules is close to zero, almost no  polarity. It has good insulation property. PTFE macromolecular’s surface free  power is very low. It has very good anti-sticky property and very low friction  coefficient. It can stand the corrosion of strong oxide and no oxidation  reaction and Hydrolysis. The filtration material made of this kind of polymer  fiber can work under the long-term temperature range from -195℃ to  +250℃.  Its melting point is 327℃  and softing point is 280℃.  PTFE itself does not break, does not burn. The limit oxygen index is as high as  95%. PTFE fiber is chemically stable for all the chemicals except the fluoride  gas (element fluorine), chlorine trifluoride (extracted from fluorine “stone”)  and melted alkali-metal. It is anti-corrosion to all acid, oxidizer and organic  solvents. It has excellent characteristics of chemical resistance.
 The  filtration felt made of it is widely used in the extremely bad working  conditions high temperature conditions. It is the mostly used materials for the  field of waste incineration currently in China.
 Our  PTFE felt filtration bag is now widely applied in waste incineration, chemical  industry, steel and cement industrial, etc.
 In  order to expert the characteristic of PTFE fiber, foster strengths and  circumvent weaknesses, we mix the PTFE fiber(fabric) and other fibers together  to achieve more excellent filtration function. The filtration materials can  maintain the necessary strength by the fabric and get good dust-catching performance  by the network of fibers.
 When  the bag-mode dust catcher is used to filtration the flue gas contains sulfur,  the filtration bag of it needs to have better acid and alkaline resistance.  Then we can use the fabric of PTFE, covered with high-temperature fibers to get  the good filtration performance. For example, the NOMEX materials. Using PTFE  fabric, the strength remain after dipping inside the acid solvent will be 35%  higher than that of the pure NOMEX materials.
 To  use PTFE as fabric and cover high-temperature fibers on top surface, after the  final treatment, we can get the filtration materials suitable for the  application of dust collection at the outlet of cement kiln. The materials can  work and keep good performance under the condition of high dust contain, big  temperature variation, unstable humidity and strong chemical corrosion.
 Our  non-woven needled felt filtration material made with PTFE fabric has been  widely applied in the field of waste incineration, coal-fired boilers, blast  furnace gas, cement turning kiln, ferroalloy, asphalt-stirring etc.
